ETS’ Instructional Designers bring 100 years of combined experience designing, developing, graphic designing, and delivering custom technical and business skill training programs. Engaging Training has a diverse cadre of ISDs on staff. Our lead instructional designers may function as both course developer and instructional designer and all have degrees in education, with most having masters in Instructional Design.
